Thraka Restaurant operates since 1990 and with a new manager since 2002. It started as a small shop in the corner and in 2008 was renovated to a modern and luxurious place.
The owner has lived in USA and was working there at the food industry supplementing with this experience the lifetime knowledge that it acquired at his father’s restaurant.
Renovated in 2008, Thraka restaurant, provides the quality that oven with timbers can give to pizza and pasta. It also ensures the quality of materials since they manage a familial butchery as well.
Since 11 o’clock in the morning till late in the afternoon, you can taste traditional Cretan cuisine made with pure local materials and Cretan olive oil.
